We are able to work with alloys of all types and sizes because we have the expert workforce and the high tech, metal-working machines needed to turn those raw materials into processed parts. Starting as a blank piece of stock, all of the fabrications we create are cut, formed, drilled, punched and machined to the exact specifications called for in the customer-supplied design drawings. To facilitate our own fit up and welding requirements, our equipment has been selected to eliminate secondary processes whenever possible. Whether we are able to eliminate excessive splices due to our large table and press brake sizes or etch fit up layout and part identification on parts, it all adds up to an advantage when the parts are needed for the next step in assembly.

Our manufacturing process begins with the engineering department review of prints using the latest in CAD and 3-D solid modeling software to assure that the proper material and size is ordered. Parts are programmed and nested to insure the most efficient layout by keeping scrap to a minimum. The resulting CNC programs are then downloaded directly to the processing equipment in the plant.
The size, complexity and mission critical nature of our weldments demand nothing but the best from start to finish. So, as you would expect, quality fabrication begins with quality components. All incoming and raw stock material is bar-coded for traceable metallurgical identification for each specific customer application. It is also checked upon arrival to insure it meets customer specifications, and supplier material certifications are confirmed and filed electronically. All parts and drops remain bar coded throughout the manufacturing processes for continuous traceability.
