  Operations
Q: How large is your facility?
A: Weldall recently built a 144,000 square foot facility. 128,000 is dedicated to production.

Q: How large of a project can Weldall effectively produce?
A: Weldall can produce parts of just about any size. We specialize in medium to large fabrications. Our two bays component production and welding, are 80 x 525 feet each, so size is not a factor.  We have an additional bay of 44,000 square feet for processing and assembly.  Our welding bay crane capacity is 50 tons with a 25 ton auxiliary.

Q: Can Weldall produce my fabrication start to finish?
A: Yes, we routinely build projects from drawings to painted parts. Our component production bay cuts, forms, and machines all components. Our weld bay assembles, paints, (if required,) and ships all to your specifications.

Q: Why is it special that Weldall routinely works on projects requiring assembly of hydraulic and pneumatic components?
A: Repetitive work, including assembly, keeps our workers in touch with all changing technologies and components, and has the benefit of sourcing components to a single source.

  Quality
Q: Are you ISO 9001 certified?
A: Yes. We have been certified to the ISO 9001/2000 standard by U/L.

Q: How does Weldall approach Quality Assurance?
A: In-process inspection augments our final inspection by one of our AWS Certified Weld Inspectors. An active QA program, supported by our quality manual, is in place.

Q: What type of investment has Weldall made in Quality Assurance?
A: Weldall reinvests substantial dollars annually in quality enhancements. This is spent on inspection, equipment, and training.

  Delivery
Q: What is your standard delivery time on orders?
A: As a custom provider it is very difficult to have a standard delivery time. Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the project, the type or availability of the material and, of course, the shop load. We do honor all due dates promised upon order entry.

Q: How does Weldall ship completed projects?
A: Weldall ships products all over the world. Locally we use our own delivery vehicles (see transportation area of the equipment list). For worldwide deliveries we use contract carriers of your choice.
