1973 – Dave Bahl, Sr. acquires a welder, rents a modest space and effectively Weldall is "born."
1974 – Weldall Mfg., Inc. files the required paperwork of incorporation and has already grown to 5 employees and has undertaken the
first of many physical expansions.
Throughout the decade, Weldall quickly gains a reputation for the highest of quality and integrity in its work.
This allows for gradual growth and expansion including the first steps into fabrication equipment.
1982 – Weldall purchases its first non-leased facility measuring in at 14,500 square feet.
1985 – Weldall completes the first of many additions to its facility to address further growth requirements.
1986 – Dave Bahl, Sr. is named the Waukesha Chamber of Commerce Small Businessman of the Year.
1988 – The second addition to the facility is complete.
Two more additions to the Weldall facility in the early 1990's give the company 57,500 square feet of manufacturing space
but future expansion at this location will not be possible due to the lack of additional land.
1996 – Weldall spends 4 million dollars on new equipment: IGM Robotic Welder, Whitney Plasma Punch Fabricating Center
and ESAB Shape Cutter with OXY Fuel and Plasma Torches.
1997 – Weldall spends 2 million dollars on 2 new CNC Machining Centers.
1998 – Weldall solves the "landlocked" issue by purchasing a nearby parcel of 13.5 acres and builds a new
98,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
1999 – Weldall purchases video conferencing equipment with shop cameras.
2001 - Weldall has micro estimating software installed and operational to facilitate speed and accuracy of quoting.
2002 - Weldall achieves ISO 9001/2000 Certification from UL DQS, Inc.
2006 - Weldall establishes an additional 44,000 Sq. Ft. Bay
2008 - Weldall is named the Waukesha Chamber of Commerce, Small Business of the Year.
Throughout the decade, Weldall continues to re-invest internally to facilitate growth

2011 – Weldall completes a 76,000 square foot expansion consisting of two new high bays and a rail spur.
