Weldall’s experienced team offers American Welding Society (AWS) certified and skilled Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welders. Industrial MIG welding accounts for 50% of all weld metal deposited in production applications.

MIG welding consists of a solid wire electrode fed through a weld gun into the weld pool, joining the workpiece. MIG welding is used for a wide range of metal types and thicknesses with minimum spatter and slag, making cleaning easy. This style of welding produces high quality results at a lower cost than most other applications. MIG welding is also easily adaptable for robotic applications, making it one of the most common industrial welding processes.

Types of Metal that can be MIG welded:

  • Carbon Steel
  • Stainless Steel
  • Aluminum
  • Magnesium
  • Copper
  • Nickel
  • Silicon Bronze
  • Tubular Metal Cored Surfacing Alloys
  • Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Alloys

With the speed and versatility of MIG welding, Weldall takes full advantage of this useful process to offer our customers shortened lead times and quality workmanship. Weldall is an ISO 14001:2015 certified company that has been offering their welding expertise to their customers since 1973.
