With this philosophy in mind, our pursuit of constant improvement has resulted in our being certified to ISO 9001/2000 by Underwriter's Laboratory, as well as the status or "preferred vendor" or "certified" vendor with several Fortune 500 manufacturing firms.

In process and the final inspection of our AWS D 1.1 welder's work, is performed by our certified weld inspectors (CWI ) and if needed, the use of a Romer Coordinate Measuring Machine. Non Destructive Testing can be performed in house or with an outside service, base upon customer requirements.

Auto Cad, including other design programs, are utilized by our programming group allowing the electronic file transfers of your prints. This allows accurate information, and in some cases, will help with the nesting or programming of your component.

Incoming raw material has certifications and upon arrival is bar coded to assure we comply with our customer's specifications and to allow the accurate tracking of material as it flows through the various work centers.

A heated and air-conditioned plant is helpful in the accurate production of your components throughout the year.

We actively follow the procedures called out in our Quality Manual as per ISO 9001/2000, and a copy of this manual can be made available for customers.
