Founded in 1973 by Dave Bahl Sr., Weldall MFG. has grown from a one-man welding operation into a full-service metal fabrication and metal processing company serving customers across the United States and around the world.
Today, Weldall MFG. continues to be led by the Bahl family. Dave Bahl Sr. serves as CEO, providing the long-term vision, experience, and values that have guided the company for more than five decades. David Bahl Jr., who grew up in the business and has spent his career at Weldall MFG., now serves as President.
Together, Dave Sr. and David Jr. have continued expanding Weldall MFG.’s capabilities, investing in its people and technology, and building the trusted customer relationships that have shaped the company’s success.
Continuing to Grow
Weldall MFG.’s Waukesha and Slinger campuses now include just over 300,000 square feet of manufacturing, machining, assembly, office, and employee-support space. The 3 plant facility has been intentionally developed to support the fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, and inspection of medium to very large, quality-critical components.
The latest 2026 expansion adds approximately 52,200 square feet to Weldall MFG.’s headquarters. This includes roughly 50,000 square feet of additional manufacturing space in our newest Bay 5, along with expanded lunchroom, office, and locker room facilities.
This investment provides additional production capacity, improves workflow between operations, and creates a better working environment for Weldall MFG employees. It also positions the company to continue supporting increasingly large and complex customer projects.
