Weldall Manufacturing, Inc. located near Milwaukee, WI is a full service Large Weldment and Large Fabrication Manufacturer of the highest integrity and quality. We specialize in medium to Large Weldments crafted by extremely skilled American Welding Society (AWS) Certified welders. We also possess the skilled workforce and capital intensive equipment required to complete intricate Precision CNC Machining and other secondary operations required by some of our clients’ various custom heavy duty equipment fabrication projects.
The flexibility and ingenuity of our team lead to the breadth of the applications we can address. Rather than making products, what we do is probably best described as meeting manufacturing challenges.

Manufacturing weldments at the scale Weldall handles requires serious lifting and material-handling capabilities. Our facilities are equipped to support large fabricated assemblies weighing more than 400,000 pounds, with heavy-lift capacity exceeding 200 tons.
Across our operations, 36 overhead and gantry cranes support large-scale fabrication and assembly, along with 102 two-ton jib cranes positioned over work centers for localized material handling. This infrastructure allows our teams to safely maneuver massive components throughout the fabrication process while maintaining the control and precision complex weldments demand.

Some typical examples of steps that Weldall has taken to meet unique customer requirements are as follows:
- Investing in new equipment to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness specific to customer requirements whenever the long term business case justifies the requirement.
- Expanding the facility and workforce to meet long term contract requirements.
- Collaborative review of customer product for suggestions toward improving the manufacturability of the part without reducing the integrity required for the application.
- Expanding our secondary process capabilities to increase overall control of scheduled part completion, reduce overall costs, and expand the ability to offer broader “turnkey” solutions to our partners.
Weldall is capable of Manufacturing Prototypes to production quantities of the highest quality and variety of parts and assemblies imaginable. These pieces can be made from a variety of alloys including, but not limited to, all varieties of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, monel, and manganese.
