Mission Statement

A global company focused on providing superior products and services, Weldall will achieve leadership positions within our markets by serving the needs of our partners in innovative ways and by being the best in everything we do.

Weldall grew from humble beginnings and has been expanding ever since. Back in 1973, Dave Bahl acquired a welder through a lease/purchase program and started working in a rented room smaller than one of our machined surface, fit-up tables today. One year later, that original location was outgrown and five employees were on board. The path of growth and expansion eventually led to our current location.

Our 2001 S. Prairie location in Waukesha is positioned for even greater future growth as our property spans 13.75 acres. In 2011, the company took advantage of some of that forward thinking and completed a 76,000 square foot addition, which increased the total to 220,000 square feet under roof.

Size isn’t all our location offers. The space not only allows ample room to accommodate the fabrication of the medium to very large weldments that have become a Weldall specialty, but every expansion and new piece of equipment has been selected and placed to facilitate work flow, which in turn increases productivity.

Our fabrication company is not just growing physically; we’re growing intellectually as well. The ability to address the most complex applications, along with an extremely wide variety of required quality documentation, has allowed us to differentiate Weldall from competitors all over the country. We are also constantly searching for new ideas to improve our value to existing and potential clients. We embrace change, learn from it, and quickly respond to it.

With capacity always exceeding the number of people available, we have embraced technology to increase our productivity, supplying customers with superior components with a lead time that is normally within industry standards.
