Weldall Announces Bay 5 Completion
Waukesha, WI – 8/4/26 – Weldall MFG, Inc. is proud to announce the completion of Bay 5, a 52,200-square-foot expansion at its Prairie Avenue headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
The completed addition expands Weldall’s manufacturing capacity while providing new employee facilities designed to support the company’s growing workforce. With Bay 5 now complete, Weldall’s main Waukesha facility encompasses more than 300,000 square feet.
“This expansion represents an important investment in the future of Weldall,” said David Bahl Jr., President of Weldall. “Bay 5 gives our team additional space to support customer demand, improve our operations, and continue delivering the quality and service our customers expect. It also allows us to provide a better working environment for the employees who make that possible every day.”
The expansion adds 50,000 square feet of high-bay manufacturing space, with 150-ton lifting capacity and air conditioning. Along with 2,200 square feet of office and employee space, including new locker rooms. These improvements will help Weldall accommodate continued growth while giving its teams more room to work safely and efficiently.
Scherrer Construction served as the general contractor for the expansion, working alongside Weldall and several other vendors to bring Bay 5 to completion.
Bay 5 also supports Weldall’s long-term commitment to workforce development. As the company continues hiring and training the next generation of skilled trades professionals, the expanded facility provides additional space and resources to support employees throughout their careers.
The project was first announced in July 2025 as part of Weldall’s long-term growth strategy. Its completion marks another significant milestone for the family-owned company, which has served customers from its Wisconsin operations for more than 50 years.
Weldall currently operates multiple facilities in Waukesha and Slinger, Wisconsin, serving customers throughout the United States and internationally.
